Not my best score, but not my worst. I prefer using sites like TyprX or TypeRacer since they give actual quotes and punctuation, admittedly.

Not only do I dislike Maths, I am also completely useless at it, so I'm justified. Like CaptainAhab13, I'm more of a History/English kind of person. I prefer written subjects where you're allowed to have varying views and results.

I'd have no issues with the game letting you drive the Warthog, even if it is pitched as a realistic simulator. After all, Gran Turismo 5 is allowed quirky cars like the Schwimmwagen and the Type 82 Volkswagen. Neither of those would really appear in racing either I don't think, so how could it hurt to give us one stupid car? Even if it was limited in where you could use it, I know I'd be excited by the possibility of a post-release patch. I'd love to see how Turn 10 believe it would handle, as opposed to the basic system of the Halo games.

I'm beginning to think that the franchise is forgetting about the events displayed in Tokyo Drift. I didn't see the extra moments after the credits (I wish I'd stayed that few minutes longer, to be honest), but I find it rather confusing how they intend to tie it all together. Fast Five ended perfectly for the franchise to die, but in a strange way I want it to run on. It doesn't need to retain the same characters: due to the nature of the plots (women, cars, street racing, action, and so on), other characters could easily be used to replace the existing characters in the franchise and let it run on. At the current point I'm doubting that Tokyo Drift will be taken as canon anymore. Some of the events in the fourth film seem to have been disregarded as well with the post-credit footage, but then again I don't really watch the franchise for the best possible stories.

From what I know, mine is around 1.70. I don't really focus on maintaining it, but if I consistently do well then I'm happy.

What kind of 'conversion' do you mean? Are you simply changing the file types of videos and uploading them to YouTube? If so, virtually anythingwill work. There are lots of options out there, but here are a few suggestions. I haven't used all the programs, and I can't guarantee they'll be in a price range you'd accept if they're not free, but they should hopefully do what you require.

  • Windows Movie Maker. The most basic tool of all, Movie Maker won't do much beyond let you add a few titles and effects before converting the video and uploading it. It comes as part of the Windows Live suite now, along with a bunch of other programs that are free with it.
  • iMovie. Included as part of the iLife suite, this software is available only for Mac OS X. I've never used it myself but it's basically the Movie Maker of OS X, as far as I know. It does a bit more than Windows Movie Maker though which likely explains why you have to pay for iLife to get it.
  • VirtualDUB. This is meant to be one of the more advanced programs out there but it is free, and it likely would allow you to do what you want to and then much, much more. I know a guy who highly recommends it with game footage, including footage captured from the Hauppauge HD PVR and other recording devices.
  • Sony Vegas. It's not free, but it's easy to pick up and learn. A 30-day trial is available from Sony's website but buying the program would financially cripple you, should you go for Vegas Pro. Look on YouTube for tutorials with the program as they tend to go far beyond what I can tell you. It's available for Windows only.
  • Pinnacle VideoSpin. I haven't used this product in forever and a day but it's similar to Windows Movie Maker. If you don't want Movie Maker this program is much the same. It has a pretty equal feature list (read: not much), and should be sufficient for small clips, probably.

I've never been in a car accident, as far as I am aware. I hope I never do get involved in one, either.

I'm seeing a redesign here in Europe as well, so I am assuming it's a world-wide change rather than restricted to only the one region. I think it's a big improvement over the older design. It feels more modern, which makes the site look more appealing. I can see the potential for more advertising on this site design but I suppose groups such as CNET exist to make money, so it's nothing to be concerned about.

Fast Five was entertaining when I saw ti as well. It makes even more sense once you've seen the fourth film, which I had not. It doesn't take much thought to understand the plot of the film but then again, it never goes all-out in an attempt to do something radically different. It gave some good fight scenes and some good action overall, with the car chase at the end being a downright awesome moment for the franchise. As you've likely been told elsewhere, make sure and stay after the credits.

I saw it on Friday night. It's a good film - I didn't have very high expectatons at the time, but I was rather satisfied with it when I had seen it. Some scenes are quite funny, and it makes a decent action movie. I saw it in 3D, but I imagine you might actually enjoy it more in 2D. I'm not big on the world of Marvel films but I enjoyed Thor all the same.
