@FireEmblem_Man: I said potential. Doesnt take rocket science to realize one product will reach half the install base of 2. I own a Wii u AND 3ds. This does both so logically any potential ninty product owner will only be buying one piece of hardware now.

@PSP107: true but the Scorpio doesn't warrant the fanfare of a new hardware launch with dedicated events like the 360 and x1 had. Both of those were terrible BTW. I remember cringing at Elijah wood on MTV for the 360 reveal.

And again doing this would markedly hurt x1 sales even though ms hopes to sell them as being in the same ecosystem.

I think it'll be e3. Any sooner would further poach sales from the one and one s. MS usually announces new hardware iterations at e3.
