@PodXCOM I've seen the general studies on "gamers" The polls really started screwing up when it began to include you as a gamer if you played 1 hour a week of angry birds.
While I dont like Ubisoft, I feel like more girls should be working in the videogames industry to better represent their gender in videogames. It's great when you see a dev team photo and there's chicks in there, but there really has to be more. Merely sitting on the sofa and whining for change isn't going to do anything, a male dominated entertainment industry is going to pander to its core demographic.
@IceQBkid @will_no @samuelthomas Science is definitely a religion, a religion for sale at that. And getting rid of atheism? In 200 years atheism will be just as outdated concept as atheists perceive christianity is today.
@drakemono @Earth_Krish Wow was created what 10 years ago. The industry was a whole different climate back then. ESO cannot be compared directly, and it's attempt to replicate wow's success was foolhardy. This much is obvious even to the average gamer with average intelligence, and at least some experience watching the industry and how it's trending.
@stormvessel1981 @Earth_Krish You're right, ESO isn't generic, it's just bad in all the wrong places.
It LOOKS generic though, graphically. And it also has a generally soulless atmosphere in game, which feels both rushed and created without care at the same time.
