I really loved RE4, but the last time I played it was on PS2 about 5 years ago. I know the PC version of RE4 was supposedly a massive steaming turd, but I don't know what has happened since then in terms of (community) support.

Just wondering if anyone has it working on their machine in a good way (emulators included!).

DayZ is quite possibly one of the best games I've played in years, complete with it's bugs, imperfections, warts and all.

It's the realization that I, and I'd imagine plenty of other people, have always pondered but never actually experienced- what would you do in the zombie apocalypse?

The latest patch released last night made zombie spawns much, much bigger, and you can now find upwards of 1000 zombies on Chernarus. Teamwork is pretty much a requirement now (you could sort of lone wolf it last patch as it was basically a massive PvP deathmatch with zombies thrown in) so it is worth getting a buddy to hook up with on TS/vent beforehand. There are about 40-50 servers covering most of the world and they run on real time, and when it's dark, it's **** dark. Definitely pick it up.

(remembering to put your BIOS into AHCI and to install Windows with only the SSD connected to the system)

What's the significance of enabling AHCI?

Hey

I currently have a 1TB HDD with my W7, games, music etc all installed on there. I'm buying an SSD (OCZ Vertex III 240GB) and I want to transfer most of my games and my OS onto there. I still have my OEM install CD. How can I go about doing this painlessly?

The morons shout louder than the sensible people

-> forums give a place for the morons to vent

-> twitter/facebook and general more access to PCs means more PC gamers of a variety of maturity levels

-> more morons

But essentially, nothing new.

I've been playing CoH since it came out, and it's still my most played game by far. CoH2 has the potential to be absolutely massive, but it depends how much funding Relic gets. THQ is going kaput at the moment, so they either need to sell big or sell up.
