i have the Original PS2 which i bought used in (2009) which is when i got into playstation i was mainly into Nintendo until than. i bought it cause Ghostbusters came out on it back than and i love the Original and man does it make me sick to my stomach to fucking have to say that cause of that shitty remake. anyways i don't remember how it runs cause it's been a couple years since i last played it but i never really thought about it to be honest. now i'm into xbox as well as i enjoy all of the gaming companies and not just one. cause i think they are all put out great stuff

i find it funny as hell when people bitch about the network going down when it does also happen on xbox as well. i don't use that normally in either case though, but i just played my PS3 about a week or two ago when i bought the PS3 games of God of War. i have the PSN remastered and the last one Acension or however ya spell it? so i was playing that as well. after i had to update it though
i've never gone after them cause i know it's normally on the hardest damn level on a game and with it being on that kind of level i say screw it's just not worth it. cause i know i'll never be able to get the damn thing. so i have Zero of these things i really do wish i had at least one but i don't.
i was listening/watching a podcast on youtube whatever ya want to call it? on Tuesday and they talked about this and they suggested a really good way that should be done. don't say this is going to be out in March of 2020 to throw a random year out there. say the game needs more work done on it and until further notice the game is delayed. that made sense to me, i say screw the cloud just finish the damn game and put it out. the same podcast was talking how last year one you tuber Realbrad or whatever his username is actually played the game at i think E3 last year and it looks fantastic. i can't remember if they said it was a demo or not but it looked finished.
than someone left who was going to put it out who had worked on the game for years. than a new guy comes in and wants more work done on it. shit this game i think when it does come out people will just give up on it. and because of all this time and delays i wouldn't be surprised if it was a huge massive flop. i hope i'm wrong on this but a lot of the time when games take this long to get made they suck ass i hear.
i don't go for them cause i know my limits on what i can and can't do. for example i love Arkham Knight or the new God of War game but on how damn hard they are in that mode. i'd NEVER be able to beat the game at those levels. or whatever the hell they are called? so if i'm lucky i do beat a game but there's still a lot of games i've never beaten that many people have. shit i never was able to beat the Original Mario bros. from back in the day yet there are people that can do that in their sleep.
i was never one of them.
see this is why i think digital games should NOT be the way to go in the future. cause here's a good example i dunno if anyone has played Ghostbusters for ps3? not the one from 2 years go but the one from (2009) that's a damn good game by the way. there's a part of the game that you have to complete that you do online but the servers have since closed and have been closed for years. hence for those who want to 100% it they no longer can.. i don't play games online anyways so it's not a big deal to me and i have yet to 100% a game but i have come pretty damn close. reason being is some of the stuff i was unable to get or if some of them are mulit-player shit and that is just something that i don't play.
to each their own who enjoy it though. i prefer single player games anyways
you know i'm okay with that cause they do have different modes you can play in. and i'll never play in the hardest mode cause i know i will never beat it let alone get past the 1st troll and if i do it'll take me forever to beat that son of a bitch
it's been awhile since i last played my PS3 but i've had mine for 8 years. and i should be able to play it for a long time. now games online that's a different matter. shit my game boy from (1991) that's when i got it anyways STILL works too. as does my SNES last time i played it and it has been awhile with that as well
honestly i think most games today look fantastic compared to when i was a kid where you can notice the good graphics and the bad. the last console i saw bad graphics was on the Wii actually. having said that i have no idea when i'm gonna get a 4K tv but at some point i will.
