fantastic question i want to know that too
i have both a DS and a 3DS and for me i like the DS but i love the 3DS. the Zelda games to use that for an example for me are fun but they aren't the best in the series and using the stylus is a pain in the ass i think. but you may enjoy it. i also don't think it's a bad hand held at all it's just not one of my favorites that's all, i hope that helps any
i think since i'm not gonna post them all since there's so many Zelda games now... the Original Zelda is my favorite game of all time in fact. i've prolly beat that game 400 or 500 times at least. i think i know all the secrets by now. a link to the past as well this one as i've only been able to beat those two are my top two faves. with i think Link between worlds a game i can't beat just yet i can get up to Gannon but he kills my ass each time.
but i love Zelda 2. yes the game is hard but if you want to make it a bit easier do what i do when you play it...before you head over to death mountain i had to think of what it was called for a moment. he he Farm i believe it's called? i say it like that cause i never use the term normally. wait until you sword is at 3 than go into the caves you can get the hammer and things so much more easier and you can also beat level 3 so much easier as well. yes it does forever and can get bit tedius as well but do what i doput some tunes on and Enjoy your experience. i really doubt it's the hardest Zelda game though, i have it on NES which i haven't played in years, i still have my NES though and i have Zelda 1 and 2 on gameboy Advance. when you get to the dragon i have't ever beaten him yet... really only cause i think on the gameboy version they give you less room to attack that damn dragon.
i 1st played Zelda in (1989) and i've been hooked since.
i prolly won't cause i have them all, i have a PS1, PS2, PS3 and PS3 and PS4 plus i own a vita as well. i have 3 different consoles that can play PS1 games and if they are smart and add it in so we can play all the discs on the PS5 like i think they should though i doubt they will. than i will have 4 different consoles that plays PS1 games not counting digital games.
if i really want to play a PS1 i will just go into my closet and take the system off the shelf and out of it's original box. and there ya go i can than play it. plus i own only a couple games for it anyways. it wasn't until (2009) near the end of it's life and about halfway well almost halfway the end the ps3's life span that i became a fan. i bought my PS3 in (2010) and i just bought some games for that a few months back when Toys R" Us was closing i bought the god of war prequels for it.
and i've played a little bit of them too actually. but honestly of the ones that i have played the newest one is the best one of them all to be quite honest. at least i think it is, in this one you slowly even get to like the guy. where in the old games you do understand why he's pissed at the god's but him going on a killing spree and killing really anything that moves you can't really like a guy like that. even if it is fun to play the games.
honestly i don't really pay attention to the sound when my PS4 is on which i have the Original, at work cause i work in a workshop they have the slim PS4 and what's really funny is that one fucks up and you have to reboot the damn thing but mine is all good as that doesn't happen to mine. odd isn't it?
i forget the name of it cause i'd have to get out of my chair to go look but for me it was a bit different than you guys, i had never really played the PS2 or any of them that much. so i didn't know the controls i can think of only really one time i played it before i got my PS2 and that was in 2004 when a friend slept over and we played i think it was Grand theft auto i 4 i think? i wasn't very good with the controls but i did okay, well i bought a crossword puzzle game cause i enjoy doing those now and than....
to help me learn the controls cause when i did get Ghostbusters which is why i bought the console to begin with...for that game.... i didn't own a Wii at the time nor a PS3 either so hence why a PS2 was bought. anyways i bought the game cause i didn't want to be awful at the controls when i did play well any game at all... and you know what ? the game was i think $10 bucks and well worth it cause it did help teach me the controls quite fast... i didn't have to do that when i got my 360 two years ago though. since the controls are similar to Sony.
