I'm fine with Biden as a president. He'll overall be a net good for the country but I hope he goes a bit bigger on a stimulus plan + fighting climate change.

Gives Biden a bit of wiggle room. Most of the different combos of NC, PA, AZ and FL going Trump still give Biden a Win.

Between IA, OH, GA and TX one of those 4 should flip.

I do not make any predictions in regards to voter suppression, courts throwing out mail-in ballots arriving late, etc.

trump throwing several of his own departments under the bus and being chastised by the moderator contrasts a bit with the "strongman" personality he's supposed to have

My mom was a 2016 Trump voter who has been drifting away from him over the course of 2020. She's livid about Trump only paying $750 while she's worked fulltime her whole life and paid tens of thousands more than him. The internet likes to pretend that everyone is clearly in one camp or the other and nothing else exists in-between and nothing ever happens or affects the race in any material way but in real life there are plenty of people stuck in the middle. Lifelong Republican voting straight ticket Democrat for the first and probably only time in her life. These stories matter.

"Oh whoops I spent my whole campaign attacking my opponent as someone who has dementia, is sleepy, forgetful and ultimately set the bar so low that I now have to concoct emergency damage control in the form of accusing my opponent of either being drugged up or using an earpiece because now if he shows up to the debate stage and gives the same performance that he has all year long I'll end up looking like a bafoon, my bad."

trump and the right set the bar too low for the debates. Hard to believe that Trump thought this was a winning strategy.

the losing side always wants more debates, more chances to appeal to the public, which is why you see stuff like joe rogan being a moderator thrown around.

I'm expecting the goalposts to move from "Biden doesn't know where he is and has dementia" to "the debates are rigged because Biden had good answers and Trump did his usual nonsense."
