Both have their advantages. I usually go with physical copies for the resale value, just in case I hate the game, and have gone with digital copies, but usually only for games I like (ports, Dragon's Dogma for example) You don't have to go get a digital copy, and it pre-loads onto your system so that it is ready for you to play by 12:00 AM ET. So there is my opinion, if you are unsure if you will like it, go with a physical copy so you can get some of your money back if you don't, if you know you are going to like it, go with either.

I hope Bioware reads this, please make a part 2. You could make it great...Ryder could be the next Shepard if you listen to your fans, but you have to make the game to know for sure! Please reply with your thoughts.
