Nope. This loose piece of paper may have been the culprit for this specific user, but not in my unit. You can't 'fix' coil whine. The fan is actually very quiet. It's the loud buzzing sound coming from either the PSU or GPU (or even both). Coil whine is 'normal' but there's a fine line between normal and "something in your unit is about to go bye bye" (has happened to me with GPUs I've had in the past for my PC). My unit is with Sony right now to fix/replace and return shortly after only 5 days of use.

@sabretooth2066 - I like both Rockstar and Ubisoft games. And yes, Rockstar's Max Payne & GTA games practically share the same formula and ideas. The reason Ubisoft games have had so much focus is because of the bad P.R. year they've had so far. Ever since the Watchdogs debacle, Ubisoft has been the target of venom from fans who supported them for so long.

I think the formula for Assassin's Creed and Far Cry are way too similar. For one, running around through the wildlife on random islands in Black Flag was practically identical to running around in Far Cry 3 (minus gliders and stuff). Heck, the crafting and inventory system is almost the same! After playing the first few hours of Far Cry 4, I had to remind myself that I wasn't playing Black Flag or Far Cry 3. Ahhh yes, UbiSoft and their cookie cutter idea ways at its best. Still, Far Cry 4 is fun...... so far.
