once upon a time, game developers released unfinished parts of a game or
similar interactive videos, way way way before the actuall game launch..

2007 the last few years the game producers have a tendency to only release the
demo along with the full game, or just a few weeks before.

Why ? no idea, but im sure they get better sales from it,
sad but true.. i guess.

Hmmm i got 3 i play a few years back, but which was the actual first,, not sure.
it can be either of these

- Half life - some deathmatch thingy.
- Unreal Tournament, with a mod i think it was special ops or similar name
- Tribes 1 pehaps, else it was one of the CnC games.
