@Xirtahm: Yes, I have seen the prequels. In fact, I've seen them probably more times than you did because I actually like them. Specially the whole political and strategy aspects that explain exactly how the Republic became the Empire, almost sweeping the Jedi from existence in the meantime. Apart from a couple of flaws, they are great movies, in some ways better than the originals. Yeah, I said it. Because I'm not a blind guy that jumps on the hate bandwagons because it's cool and edgy to do so. Because I can see what the prequels did right, not only what they did wrong.
And I do think the simplistic plot of the original trilogy is actually more suitable for kids than the more complex plot that is portrayed in the prequels, so I have no clue of what you are babbling about with that whole "KIDS!" thing.
Wow, those are some high requirements for a game this old. Someone did a terribad job at optimizing the game for PC. I mean, running the original PS version on an emulator takes a lot less resources, I could run it on a Pentium 4, 256MB RAM with an old Nvidia GeForce 4 card easily.
@Chernnunos: Then why are his parents giving him mature games instead of games specially designed for kids? It doesn't add up, you either treat him like a child and avoid giving him games designed for mid-teens and above while continuing the ilusion that there's a fat old man giving out presents each year or you cut the crap and let him in media that's for people above his age and drop the Santa is real bullsh*t and other lies parents tell their children.
@virtuasega: Thankfully they just raised me properly without letting me become a spoiled little brat. So no need to feel sorry for me, appreciated for your concern though.
Damn, the kid is 9 and still believes in Santa? And Uncharted is rated for Teen, so he shouldn't be playing it anyway - a kid that after such an event isolates himself in his playroom crying clearly has no maturity to be playing such games. I have no empathy for this whatsoever.
