Ya know if u really use some logic you'd know that ps3 and Xbox 360 had heat issues because of how large the chipset nanometers were around and launch and well into their lives. Has anyone asked how large the the ps4 is? I've read 40-45nm. Look back the ps3 slim after Sony changed it from the original 65nm to 45nm those heating issues were gone. I haven't heard many say their slim has cooked.
I would like larger worlds that are balanced with check points spread slightly further around. Even more sub bosses in lvls also how about weapons that are more clear on stats. A difference in classes, give some REAL advantages to classes. I mean if u have a maxed lvl character in either game u have no advantage over any other class. Even mid lvl there is nothing special. Dark souls at least added special start items for the thief class but only keys.. How about item usage area advantages boss advantages, how about classes that can only use certain armors or weapons to some degree. Like a thief can't use a heavy weapon?? Much longer game. Make final area bosses harder to get to.
@Clr84651 Maybe they don't want to be on hold for an hr to only be told to send it in. Maybe like many others he/she wants to fix it him/her self. Maybe. Yeah sounds like ur having a issue reading discs. U could try a cleaner product see if that helps. If not it could call for an offical repair. U could find parts online.
The standard slim is deff better. After seeing the sliding top, no way no how would I buy that. That's very cheep compared from what the Other console offer. I'll just keep my already good enough slim. It doesn't need to loose any more weight it only sits anyway.
I have some what changed my interest in trophies. I more often now look up list before buy/playing new games. I play what I want but if there are trophies that are going to require a lot of work (online) I won't worry about them. I feels many times trophies have help show me more of a game that I would have never exp other wise.
I want this game anyway. However, I think this is again a perfect example of a dev porting a game primarily developed and designed on Xbox. I mean u can't put that any other way. It just sucks cause ps3 owners get shorted on great titles. Hopefully they can fix the major issues.
Yeah Darkroot is a pain it's worth it to kill that giant hydra.

That hydra can be easy at any lvl. Trick is to kill off the goloms and run/dodge the water attacks, run to the very right side of the water edge up on some rocks. This will cause the hydra to start slamming its heads into the ground near ya. Just pick them off untill it's dead.
Just keep killing the knights through the first part they give an easy 400-600 I think. I would deff put some good attention to stamina, as a knight u will need it for shield blocks in harder sits. Look through Ds wiki it has all the gear info.
I for one think Dlc is a good and bad thing. Good in the fact that an older game can be given new life. Ex fallout Vegas. I finished that game quick. It was kool to have th add ons. Bad.. Yes in that devs are often hyping up junk for a $15-20 tag. Most Dlc is not worth it. I don't war it to go away just be more worth the buck. . As for the Online Pass..... For those of u that have someone(parents) to buy u $60 games argue all u want. As it's been said Nickle and dime.. I have the money to buy games when I want to but I feel this Gen I have been ripped off spending 60 on a new d-1 game an it was trash or was no matter what only good for renting. Res3 was really only worth renting. I'm not going to pay more for so little. What it comes down to is if online passes gets more popular I say to bad for the devs they think it will make them more money I say nay, I will just not buy games and if renting means I don't get to enjoy online portions well guess what, that's a whole lot of money and man hrs wasted by the devs cause I'll never see it. Im not going to pay.
