Gears 2 can be taken more seriously now as competition since its improved a heck of a lot story/online-wise. (less to no lag, etc)

Lol, Gears 2 has tons of lag in some matches.

How can you compare Gears 2 graphics to a game not even released? The game could turn out to be a bug fest running at 12fps.

What i'm lead to believe is that, that would mean it couldnt win best console graphics, hence why Mass Effect (Best looking game this gen, by far) is never bought up in a "Best console Graphics" thread.

Gears 2 actually has a very good, and much imprved story. Resistance 2 has a very poor story as even the GS review says where as it just says the Gears story asks more then it answers, which it does.

No, my guess is that the Locust tricked the COGS into sinking Jacinto for them. They had Marcus' fathers voice speaking about how sinking Jacinto would be the only way to stop them, but after the credits Marcus' dad says, "Oh my, what have you done?"...

So my take was that the Locust had either recorded or regenerated Adam Fenix's voice to say that if Jacinto were sunken it would end the Locust. But that was just a ploy by the Queen because they wanted to sink Jacinto anyway.

See when macus's dad says that at the end of the credits, i thoguht it was like he had created the locuts and was like "what have you done" in third person lol.

The locust/human things in the test tubes made me think this aswell.

Well, the opening credits would agree with his story about the Queenm and sinking Jacinto.

They tell of how all the COG's efforts and plans to fight back are all just keading them to there demise.

I am yet to even scrathc campaign or horde mode. The new MP game types are keeping me busy.

It's the same game, but bigger, and better.

Same with Gears 2, they both made the exact same improvments.

Halo and Gears will recieve more praise then Killzone and Resistance.

Halo alone makes the Xboc top gun for Shooters.

Honestly, at first I didn't but yeah, friends are key in online gaming.

Thus, I play on PSN a lot less since only like 2 poeple I know have one than my 360, where literally 15 people I know have one.

I play my PS3 so rarely, and it's not for lack of quality games, it's just none of my friends have one.

I dont like playing games by myself, and friends are always better then random people.
