Recently saw the great film Green Room and thought he was excellent in it. I was looking forward to seeing him in more movies. Looks like that won't happen. RIP.

TBH I wouldn't have cared, as Link is a less compelling character than those he saves. He's not some deep, detailed protagonist, and is fairly androgynous to begin with. With a few minor adjustments, we could very easily have she Link (as opposed to Linkle who, if I'm not mistaken, is not actually intended to be the 'female Link').

One of my good friends loves Star Ocean til the End of Time. I've been wanting to play it for a while.

I had no idea that this was basically a remake of 64. I really wish that Nintendo would stop experimenting with different elements and just make a game similar to SF64, but with new levels and shit. Like, I appreciate the attempts to make something different, but it seems like they're relying on the controls for this one way too much and that made the levels suffer.

@Janpieterzun: I don't like when stories don't have an end. The best stories are the ones that complete a story arc and you'd love to have more, but at the same time you know it ended in the right place. When things go on too long they get redundant or ridiculous. Just look at Supernatural.

I'm sure the movie is fine and entertaining, just like the rest of the Marvel movies. I just can't be bothered to care. There's no "end goal" with this universe. It only exists to keep itself going, and I know that if a major character dies in this movie, they'll just come back in a few more installments. It feels like, no matter how grand the stakes, none of it matters because we know there will be more.

I like stories with endings. Ending a story when the reader wants more after its natural conclusion is a sign of good storytelling. This is something else entirely.

Pretty excited. This game seems right up my alley with its horror elements, so I'm pretty pumped. Might get 3DS version just so I can have it portable.

@saturatedbutter: Wasn't even referring to it being offensive or anything. It's just a really weird choice for them to make it so your character model is totally random.

That's both really interesting and really bizarre. Interesting because I guess you don't know who you're going to get, but bizarre because in an age with so many games with character creators, I don't see why a company would willingly get rid of that.
