Just cause 2 is one of the most purely fun games ever made. A sequel that improves even more would be orgasmic. Dare I say... co op? Even destructible environments? (That respawn.) The possibilities are endless.

I like games that merge storytelling with gamepla, and the best example of that, IMO is Majora's Mask. A good story isn't necessary for a good game, but it's nice to have it when possible.

(POSSIBLE SPOILERS) I really liked all of the villians from Knights in the Nightmare. Especially the Cardinal. At first he seemed like just another bad guy, but you eventually find out he wants to help his daughter. It makes him a much more interesting character. I also liked Darth Malak from KOTOR and Darth Sion from KOTOR 2. Both were very cool villians. I also liked Zant from Zelda :TP. He was just a very interesting and creepy dude. And, lastly, Majora's Mask/ Skull Kid from Zelda: Majora's Mask. The stuff they do to the world... A game I felt that had potential but didn't live up to it was Red Steel 2. There was potential for a great revenge/ gang war story, but the villian wasn't even there for most of the game, and you never really felt anything over the course of the story.
