All the new 360s have the ability to use HDMI (though only the elite comes with the cable. if you have the money, the elite is deffinately worth getting).

But, component will still look great, so if you don't want to waste the extra money, you don't have to. HDMI is slightly better though, especially if you have a 1080p TV.

Also, keep in mind, don't get the Arcade system. You won't have a harddrive which means some games won't work online, you can't download, and very little space. Also, the arcade only comes with composite cables which means it won't be in HD and look crappy.

I recommend the Elite if you can afford it; if not, the Premium/Pro (same thing) is the best bet. You'll be able to survive fine without HDMI.

Also, some exclusives you should check out: Saints Row (basically GTA, but IMO, much better. It's about 20$ at Wal Mart), Gears of War, Halo 3, Mass Effect.

Thanks mate! My tv is 720p, so will it be able to produce a picture in 720p with component? I plan buying a used one and i bet that there are not to many with HDMI around.

Okey, so I'm planing to buy a 360. I've got a HDtv aand i'm not totally sure if i should go for the hdmi version or the regular. I mean can i get as good picture with some other cables? Like component... or whatever the names are:P

aslo I'm wondering if you could name some 360 exclusives that i should look out for? (doesn't matter if they're already out)
