Level 20 is not bugged; it just takes a long time to get through, just like it takes a long time to beat a Metal Slime in Dragon Quest/Warrior.MAILER_DAEMON

No my percentage bar is not at all moving. I am stuck at 30% of Level 20 for around a year maybe.

The box containing the link of Dubious Honors is larger than required and it partially overlaps the best of 2007 logo.
