Not insomniac or Epic that's for damn sure.

Epic's history so far has consisted of rehashing unreal tournament (to the point where the last one was unbalanced garbage) and all the characters in their games look the same (generic fat space marines hot women in samey body armour or ridiculous looking crappy aliens). Geow was their only great game and while genre defining it was still flawed.

Insomniac so far have just rehashed the crappy ratchet and clank series to the point where the last one was derivative trash that got 7.5. Resistance was also completely derivative and a second rate FPS

There's a big difference betwen Fable 2 and Killzone 2. Fable 2 is the sequel to an AA game from a fantastic developer. Killzone 2 is the sequel to one of the biggest failures ever from one of the worst developers in the world
