As it stands now:

Best at AAA Single player = Sony

Best at AAA multiplayer = Nintendo

It was already the case before even now, but Smash solidifies it. Since release it has accomplished ground breaking success both critical and commercial. it's clear the quality and mind share of the best multiplayer games are with Nintendo this gen.

The GASS type MS has been releasing all generation are not what people desire out of their multiplayer games today. The quality exclusive ones, the ones that provide superior gameplay like Nintendo has been releasing are what drives people.

Maybe you lems are so starved for games you are confused about what gameplay even looks like.

Once the action really starts the actual gameplay and animations are so dated and janky they could have legit been ripped straight from a PS2 game.

Any game with major advertising is pretty much AAA so you can figure that one out...
