Great game that does the franchise justice and it can be played it on game pass at no additional cost. If Sony made a PC OS and gave support for thier games would those game no longer be exclusive. If nintendo releases the same game on the ds and the switch is that no longer an exclusive. I guess I just dont get the argument that Microsoft chooses to release thier games on all thier platforms, which includes PCs in general, and therefore thier titles are no longer exclusive.
After playing for a few hour now it is a 9, 8.5 min out of 10. IGN and most other reviews have it right. Its everything that makes gears great and some cool new feature such as upgrading Jack and new combat abilities.
I learned along time ago with the release of the psp that Sony sucks and is not in it for the fans. This just bolsters that idea. Venom was a bad movie.
It funny most other reviews I see give the game between 8.5 and 9 and one of the negetives listed here is that it feels like the other Gears games. All the other gears were awesome... how is that a negetive?Anyways I will be picking this up.
@dr_derogatory: Lockhart is probably just a driveless X with a solid state drive. The way Microsoft is going their consoles are just mini PCs that run the xbox operating system. Hopefully this is the case because I am a huge fan of backwards capability.
@doa2169: Halo 4 was one of my favorites. Halo 5 was good, but definitely wasn't the best. It was still a very fun game and one I enjoyed playing through a few times. If I had to make a list starting with my top it would go 2, 3, 4, Reach, 1, 5, ODST.
