Incredibly boring game, unimmersive world based on dumb humour and a general atmosphere of stupidity. Is that british humour ???

Stopped after playing 6 or 7 hours. Wasted time.

For all of those who say VC per game was increased compared to 2K18 : no, actually it was only for reviewers. As Jim Sterling and pretty Good Gaming said, XP gain was nerfed at the release date. Normal players now receive only a third of the XP reviewers received when testing the game (before release). This is business malpractice, even maybe illegal. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sgQhDJEB18s

Hello SilentAssassin, I completely agree with your Okami review. I was disappointed, too and gave it a 7/10. However, if you want to see how big a game can be on PS2, try GTA San Andreas ! It' 2/3 as big as GTA V's map, with three whole cities. Okami had quite a small map in comparison.

Good game but last boss is very frustrating with lots of cheap deaths. Did not finish the game because of it (not interested in beating a badly designed boss created to infuriate you).

Shooting is great, all the rest stinks. Best to avoid this game.

Only played for 15 minutes yet but the only thing I saw was that the running posture of your character is laughable, you see it's not based on motion capture, more like based on the stances you would see in archaic action games of the early 2000's. In this regard, comparing GTA IV and MGS IV is like light and day. So i'm a little skeptical about this "technological achievement" blabla. Until now, I'm not impressed at all.

5 hours into the game and it is an utter disappointment. Yes it's beautiful, but the game mechanics are unintuitive and overly complex, to the point of being borderline incomprehensible. Plus, combat is frustrating. It's an awkward combination of survival elements where you collect ammunition sometimes one by one, and bullet sponge bosses that regenerate. Yes there are vita chambers, but what's the point of finishing a boss with the wrench with no ammo left, after dying 4 times ? Never been faced with such an infuriating experience in my whole gaming life. 7/10 at most.

@manu_pt: GS is being paid by Activision, not EA. Lol.

Good to see Gamespot criticizing microtransactions and giving a bad review for a game that nudges you to pay real money to progress. Good work, folks.
