@therogerwilco @WingChopMasta Haha yeah? 6 figures a year and you cant spend $40 on an expansion once every few years? Or 14 a month for that matter on a subscription? Even if you made minimum wage that's only work 2 hours a month to pay for that. But then again you are really well off so you are infinitely smarter and more financially savvy than us....

Not sure this is really news, Gamestop is a leech on the industry. We don't need them anymore. Eventually we will only have digital downloads and the developers will actually get the money they deserve. Gamestop and other retailers are just getting money for hassling the hell out of you when you go into the store. How many questions do you get asked before they even give you the damn game? Its obnoxious. Then you have people that know next to nothing about games and try to convince you to preorder everything under the sun and get insurance on used games....Its all just too much for no real value.
Not sure how this should even be news. A company let one of its employees work on a project, then that company was bought out by another company and all of its property was bought out as well. Then the employee was let go and the project suspended until further notice....How in any possible way was that "his" property ever? Hate on big business or Ubisoft all you want, but they paid for any and all property that came with the buyout. An employee has no right to company bought property. If you were a cashier at Walmart and told you could work at a cash register, and then fired you don't have the right to say "Walmart PROMISED me I could work there! I deserve that cash register so im suing!"
