@Pre_ordered_PS4 Umm, there is not a wireless controller in the world that doesn't use batteries. What do you have, one that is nuclear powered or something?

if the 360 did sell less at launch its because theere was not enough to go around. look at all the ps3s sitting around collecting dust. one year ago it was just as hard to find a 360 as it is to find a wii today.

All Sony needs to do is get some good games out there. You know why I got a ps2? Because there were a lot of awesome games for it. The only ps3 game ive played that I half-way enjoyed was resistance, but it quickly became boring, and after beating it I really havent played it that much. And another thing about Blu-ray. BR and HD-DVD are signing big exclusive contracts with major production companies to make their movies, and in 5 years you will probably need a player that can play both of them to watch all the movies that come out.

bjpeters if I spend 400 on an xbox and 50 mdollars every 13 months, that gives me 4 and 1/3 years before i spend the extra 200 on live. (4 and a half years of awesome online gaming)

In 3-5 years, Xbox will simply have to make inferior games because of lacking format space. THAT would suck" in 3-5 years not only will there be another xbox and playstation and Nintendo, but they will be working on newer ones.
