Vbdevpro, what? GTA 1 and 2 were top down 2D games that limit you in a lot of ways. GTA 3 on the other hand was one of the first games to set you in a 3D world and let you have at it. I believe you are mistaking GTA VC for GTA 1 or 2. GTA VC is more like GTA 3.3, it came after GTA 3, but before GTA 4.

Yeah... I have a Pentium D processor and integrated graphics... I just play on all of the settings as low as possible (especially seeing as I have no shader) and churn out 10fps with like 1 guy on screen and 2-4 with more. =(
