@supershmo ... What? Your comment makes no sense. You're saying you want it to be a core fighter, not an arena brawler (which it always has been) Then you go on about Project X, Melee and raisins??
They aren't going to change the entire game's mechanics just because Namco are slightly involved.
@charliezard @alastor529 Depends how well the new generation of pokemon does. Diamond and Pearl was out for at least a whole year before brawl, so people were used to them by then. If the game is out after summer next year, then I'd say so :)
@NateDaddy112278 It's not really difficult to define an 'adult' gamer. A child plays the game that everyone else is playing to be cool and rips on other gamers for not playing the 'cool' games with the rest of them. An adult can make their own choices and get enjoyment out of it because they can overlook visuals, or gimmicks and still enjoy what they wanted to play. Not every game is perfect, I know, but it still stands for the fact that it was there to entertain anyone who wanted to play it, that's just how Nintendo work.
@drgribb @Sleepyhun1 @sun_spirit They're also working on the gameplay between the Triforce gathering quest (everyone's favourite) and the ending, so it'll be a little more enjoyable. I'm just saying it's a little more than a HD coat of paint, so it's got a right to be considered a new game, like Ocarina 3D.
@drgribb Yeah, and I'm sure that's what Naughty Dog and Insomniac thought when the released the Jak and Daxter and Ratchet and Clank trilogys. "Oh, it's just a HD update, lets let them have it for free"
@NateDaddy112278 @Sleepyhun1 @corrus As Sleepyhun1 said; it's an Art Style. South Park looks 'juvenile' but is it a cartoon? No, an animated sitcom.
If you're going to judge their products like that, then you've only yourself to blame for missing out on the experience. Nintendo has never done a bad Zelda game, so by avoiding this games because the look cartoony is your own loss.
