I don't care if it has a dildo for a joystick, I'd get 1 today if I could, even w/out any big launch titles...as long as I know they're on the way soon, & I could at least download some 3DS/Wii U games while I wait. The thought of playing Wii U or better quality games on a mobile device is a big selling point to me, even better if I can upscale games to 4K on the big screen.
I'll likely go with the 1060 but only because its the only card that'll go with a laptop w/out getting too fugly & enormous....razer blade, XPS, rMBP?, etc...Although I'd feel much better with the 1070. Will just have to wait n see all their offerings & how the laptops handle these cards.
I'm interested in the NX & news on some fighting games... (Soul Calibur 6 announcement, Tekken 7 release date). I think the fighting genre is seriously lacking some good games, & unfortunately Street Fighter 5 doesn't look like my cup of tea.
@FaeLKuN: Well obviously its just my opinion but you're right, I was merely comparing it to other popular fighting games & my preference is clearly the 3D variety because I feel they have more to offer & replay value.
I grew up on Street Fighter & loved it to death, but I can't help but feel underwhelmed & bored when I watch these vdo's....not really feeling the art style either. Guess I've just been spoiled playing other fighting games or my taste has changed. But I guess its selfish for me to want SF to change when there's still a strong fan base. To each their own!
Meh....I think Street Fighter could be much better than what it is if it was to evolve a bit & they really went all out. It's a vastly inferior fighting game when you compare it to the likes of Soul Calibur, etc. Throw in some customization, side stepping, interactive stages, take out the annoying cut-scene moves, give the females nice looking legs instead of fat retarded 1s (or just give us customization).
Do this & I'll consider jumping back into Street Fighter....until then it looks like Tekken 7 will have to tie me over until Soul Calibur 6, if it ever gets finished lol.
I'm hoping for some good horror games.. nothing really makes me jump or scared anymore, but I think VR might be able to add to the whole experience if done right.
4K on a laptop is completely & utterly useless.. (or on anything under 55"). Would have made more sense to make it OLED, which is already being done with HP laptops, etc.
