Have this on the PS4, and the game 'seems' pretty slick in all areas, but cannot get over the struggle I'm having with the very low viewing angle.

You can see so little of the road ahead it's very restricting in being able to play the game. Are there any adjustments that can be made to this?

Does anybody know of a half decent Flight combat game, preferably not a simulation as they're grossly overcomplicated and little fun to play for me.

I have Ace Combat games for the PS2, but would be nice to play on my far more technically capable PC.

Thanks.

It has to be Ben from the classic 'Full Throttle' for me.

His booming tones made me laugh and smile throughout.

I've always been a gamer, since I had a Spectrum +2, I've had an Amiga, NES, SNES, Gameboy, Master System, Megadrive, Playstation 1&2, and of course a PC.

I can't help thinking that since the Saturn & Playstation came out giving console gamers that first taste of 3D gameplay that things haven't really evolved other than in the graphics area.

Agreed the Nintendo DS and especially the Wii are different in that they have given new ways to interact with games, whereas Sony and Microsoft with their 'Polygon powerhouses' continue to be ridden with First Person Shooters and Driving games that just look and feel a bit better than the last.

For me it's beginning to feel like - I've played it all before. Is there really that much of a difference between Doom and STALKER? Obviously Stalker has more to it than shooting your way through foes to the end, but the way the game plays isn't radically different in my view.

After reading that the Wii is outselling the PS3 in Japan, where Sony has always dominated was maybe what made me write this post - other than the big price difference, are other players wanting that something different rather than more of the same with 'better' graphics?

Would be interesting to hear your thoughts...
