rbop - you fail @ life. You're possibly the biggest dumba55 I've ever seen on here. HD DL won't be here for quite some time, and everyone and their 3rd cousin knows it. And for you're uninformed and limited capacity, PS3 is in fact NOT failing. Maybe you should check your 360.

Again, EA defying science by sucking & blowing at the same time. I honsestly wouldn't mind EA so much if they were to give up developing games internally and go strictly publisher. But then again, I wouldn't trust them any further than I could throw them concerning studio properties. Only thing I ask is: move their damned ugly logo from the front of the box and move it to the back.
"technology for simulating a musical performance." The key word here folks is: technology. As in; not the design, shape or likeness of a gibson product. This has nothing to do with guitar licensing. Merely the TECHNOLOGY behind it. Some of you need to put down the controllers, bone up on your horse sense and then re-read the article.
Since the first BioShock didn't come to the PS3, then it would actually be a waste of my time & money to get the second seeing as how I haven't played the first. I'm not one for sloppy seconds so I'll pass. Don't bother 2K.
The only logical reason that they even put the disclaimer on the box was probably because they felt that they might be encroaching on an already established property, right? Else, why even bother with a disclaimer if they were so confident. You people need to stop acting as if capcom can do no wrong. Because no one here can deny the association people made with dead rising and Dawn upon the games first showing.
When are people going to wake up? 2 years post-launch and we're still hearing lingering reports of the consequences of higher-than-average failure rates. I've been asked about/offered a 360 as a possible future gift, but I turned it down, stating: "I don't want to embarass the gift giver by telling them their gift either crapped out on me or that it has a mere 1-in-3 chance that it WILL crap out shortly after purchase. Until the build quality markedly improves and is properly put through it's paces, and reviewed by consumer resources, I'll hold off. It's a shame too, since I'm dying a little inside to play a few MS exclusives.
Seems to me as if MS is trying to infect ALL aspects of the game industry just to maintain it's foothold in said industry. Why else would they want to do this? You can't (hardly) buy a pc without some sort of windows OS on it, unless you build your own. So it's as if they're trying to take a less offensive approach in a different market by flying low enough and taking the obscure route to instead.
tarmadadj peter moore on 360s faulty hardware: you know things break You mean to tell me that quote isn't worth including in this list? Come on, gamespot. At least be a little more discreet about all the Sony quotes. I know that some jack-holes over at MS said some pretty stupid things as well. Quit being so damned one-sided.
Seriously, if it weren't for me, nobody in my family would be playing. My wife & I bought our PS1 in 97, and 2 children later, we're still gaming. She's really anticipating RE5, my 4 year old son & I play Halo 2 at least 4-5 hours a week, my 7 y/o daughter plays WiiSports with her grandmother a couple times a week (mainly bowling). I would have never thought that a 62 year woman with 2 grandchildren would be acting a fool in her living room with a second grader and actually having fun with it. I love my hobby/pastime, and I love sharing the experience with my family. As long as I don't share the inappropriate content to those not needing to see or hear it, then it's all good.
