This would ruin the series for me. Total War stays in the niche it has nestled in to over the last several years. Anyone who has ever played a Total War game will understand exactly why. They know what they do well, which is why they continue to do it.

Some games are giving me trouble and i think it's because of my processing speed. Like 2.3 ghz duo core i.e.

From my understanding, you can't upgrade individual parts in a laptop. When you want to upgrade a laptop, you buy a new laptop.

Saw the deal on the Steam store before I saw this post. I'm downloading it right now. Curse the 2+ hour download. Not terrible I guess considering it is about 8 gigs. I hope this is fun.

I like to use a credit card or similar item to spread the paste on myself. I'm not a fan of the dot method or x method. By spreading it yourself you get to see exactly how well the paste covers your cpu before you re-install it. Just make sure the layer isn't too much more thick than a sheet of paper. Thicker layer = more difficult for heat to transfer to heatsink = higher overall temps.

ChiliDragon

Did anyone else think he was going to say: "...two tickets to paaradiiiise!"

:P

Actually, I expected "two legs, from my hips to the ground, and when I lift them they walk around!" :P

No one else thought, " 99 problems but a @$%*$ ain't one" ???

@ those complaining about the "price" of WoW ... think about what you're saying. $15/month. Essentially fifty cents a day. You can't afford fifty cents a day?? MMO's are the biggest "bang for your buck" gaming experience you can get. The average cost of a new game these days is 50-60 dollars. That's four months of subscription time. Please don't ever complain about the cost of an MMO.

That's Half-Life 2. Alyx after the Cinematic mod. I think that's the right mod, but it's definitely Alyx from Half-Life 2.

I'll agree with Mass Effect 2. I just played through it for the first time last week and at the end of the intro sequence I actually had to literally say out loud to myself, "Wow, that was really cool."

There is also a 512mb 4850. Maybe that's why it's cheaper.
