@jehuty599 don't complain about having to unlock stuff after lvl 40, you only have to do that if you are free to play, and even if you play for free you can earn the Turbine Points to buy the new content without ever spending any real life money. However VIP players get all the content unlocked right from the get go (minus the expansions) its only you Free 2 Play people who feel like you are being nickel and dimed and that is because you are, turbine needs to make money off of your somehow since they are a business and you are using their products.
Gelugon_baat is troll, he/she goes on pretty much every article and just tries to piss everyone off, if you say you like it he/she will run it down, and then when someone else says they hate it, he/she will defend it. Plays both sides of the coin just to try and start arguements.
While I hate gamestop, it was their right to do this, if you go to pretty much any company you won't find them handing out coupons for their competitors. If you go to a Ford dealership they won't give you a coupon for a honda, if you go to mcdonalds they don't give you coupons for wendy's etc etc. I can't blame gamestop for this one, I'd do the same thing. But they are still bastards for selling a used copy of a game for 5 dollars less than a new copy and giving me next to nothing on trade-ins.
I think the hate for MW3 isn't coming from BF fanboys, but is instead coming from people who are sick of paying 60 dollars to play the same game over and over. CoD really needs to do something new if they want my money. Its the same reason I don't play Halo games anymore. Halo 1 was great, Halo 2 was great cause it included online play, Halo 3 was just Halo 2 with prettier graphics, ODST was more Halo 2 with pretty graphics, Halo Reach was just Halo 3 with prettier graphics. MW was great, MW2 was more of the same, Black Ops was more of the same but with a zombie mode thrown in, but even the zombie mode wasn't new cause we played that in World at War. I already own MW and MW2 why would I pay 60 dollars for the same game again.
Personally I am not that stoked on MW3, MW was great, MW2 was more of the same and Black Ops was even more of the same, I am getting sick of playing the same game over and over with new maps, I am more excited for Battlefield, I never played the Bad Company games and the last Battlefield I played was Modern Combat and I loved parachuting out of a helo and firing grenades down on people protecting a flag.

I gotta disagree with you, while the multiplayer of Battlefield itself doesn't need a story, I really want the campaign to have a strong story. And I am hoping that it will be about some ordinary troops as I am sick of the CoD/MoH/BC/GRAW/RB6 about secret black ops/spec ops teams. From what I seen of BF3 so far it looks amazing.
Why doesn't Fox News write about games like Call of Duty and Battlefield that glorifies the military and convinces young people that they want to join up and go shoot terrorists for a living thinking its easy because they are masters of CoD.
Wow what a great interview it doesn't touch on any of the negative thoughts people have had, for the most part people like the new combat no need to talk about that, what I want to talk about is the recycled dungeons that you run through about 20 times each, or how about the graphical glitches where everything stutters when you enter a cutscene, or how about the fact that no matter what choices you make it all ends the same anyways. Mike says more than one in this interview that your choices are important, but I have beaten the game twice now doing to different story arcs and choosing different options for the side missions, yet in the end it all amounted to the same outcome.
