Alright, so I downloaded the Nemesis DLC for COD: Ghosts and a friend wants the license. My question is if I give them the license can I still play the DLC on my console? or is it gone forever?

not how many kills in total. It says get 25 kills shortly after reloading. My question is how long is "shortly"

I'm doing this for my USR btw

Does anyone know how much time you have after you reload to get a kill?

I am having this annoying problem with this quest. I read the guys notes but the quest won't start. Is it possible I failed it by leaving?
