This is how it always should have been. No point making something in Dreams if you don't get any kickback. Might as well just use Unity or Game Maker if you're going to put tons of effort into a game.
I enjoyed it okay, but he's dead wrong on why it got low review scores. Plenty of people enjoy artistic games in the West. Heck, the indie game scene is almost entirely artistic games and we eat it up happily. The fact of the matter concerning Death Stranding's review scores is that it's simply a boring game. I mean, I liked it, but it really was a bit of a slog. Gamers don't like being bored. For the most part, that's the antithesis of what gaming is all about.
