Yeah, I take that back, Kevin. Forget this game exists for a while. It's an embarrassment in its current state.

@Kevin-V It definitely seems like they have kept most of the game under wraps, so hopefully it turns out to be much more than that arcade shoot-em-up demo they showed at GDC. On the topic of GS's space-sim coverage, however: you guys don't cover Star Citizen (aside from the occasional milestone funding report by Eddie) or even EVE much either. Joystiq has constant features and articles about those games. Have you guys ever considered something along those lines? I think the more attention you can get on games like these the better.
The age of the Space-Sim is returning. I can feel it!
Poeple's opinions of this game really are all over the place at this point. I can already tell, after about 15 hours played, that this could be my favorite Total War yet, and I've played almost all of 'em.
The game has fantastic design and gameplay but it's all hidden under IMMENSE technical issues at the moment.

It's the second of the two tracks on the video. Starts at 1:17. Also, I remember checking the soundtrack for BFMEII and it wasnt on that.
I remember the song used in this trailer from The Lord of the Rings: BFMEII and I also remember how epic it was when it played during that game! I know that EA probably owns rights to the song and so they can use it however they please, but does anyone know the name of it?
Aight, thanks guys. Wigan_Gamer, love the sig man... I totally agree. I'm gonna have to say that to some of my punk/pop head friends sometime.
Ya, I know people love that game, I've just heard alot about the former as well like how some people prefer to play it instead. Just want some opinions consolidated here.
I would have to disagree. I don't play 360 much but I have played some exceptional games on my brother-in-law's PS3. The main source of my optimism this generation comes from my PC though. I built a powerhouse and the PC games this gen have been fenominal. Who can deny the two Crysis games thus far. Who can deny Empire: Total War. Many could deny Wrath of the Lich King, but I personally enjoyed it. The list goes on. However, the last gen was my childhood and I have some memories that I don't think could ever be matched.. in a good way.
