As a side note. I own a 360 and love , but will be going with PS4 this time because I have no need for the Kinect.

The beauty of GTA is that the comedy in it is so NO politically correct . Its the complete opposite of political correctness. From the DJs on the radio to the billboards on the highways. People that have never played the series wouldn't know about that part of the game, since the Media acts like its crime for the game to be made.
