Hello all,

A buddy of mine just picked up a ps4, and we really would like to spend our time off getting through a game together.

In terms of online coop, what would you say the best coop experience is for ps4?

We were thinking about Dragon Age Inquisition or AC Unity, but neither of those games allows us to play the entire story together.

Are there any games currently available that lets us play the entire story together, from beginning to end?

Thanks for the help!

In an attempt to numb my aniticipation for this game I wanted to ask you guys what race/class combo ya'll are choosing for your first character. I am still undecided, but I'm thinking that since my first character in the original GW was a warrior, I'll go with a warrior again for GW 2. I also like the norn race a hella lot.

So, what are you guys going with and why?

[QUOTE="soufan123"]

Hi all, I live in Canada and I'm going to head over to my local EB Games outlet to pre-purchase Guild Wars 2, considering that you get the 3-Day Headstart when you do so. However, I'm beginning to wonder how this all works, and I was hoping someone who has pre-purchased can clue me in.

If and when I do pre-purchase, how exactly will I get early access? Will I recieve some sort of code to download the game client online and play that way? Or do I actually get the game/box itself 3 days early? In addition, how would midnight release work with this game? Would the people who have been granted early access be able to get their copy on the 25th at midnight, or will the midnight release only be for the normal release on the 28th?

Thanks in advance for the information guys!

eb games is funny. early-access codes are given upon purchase call before you go and confirm they still have them, if they do not. go to the guildwars official webpage and buy it with a visa giftcard. this would save you alot of pain and agony and then you dont have to worry about missing early access. then when your done purchasing and registering your given your CD key for full access and you sit on it until you get an e-mail with the game client download instructions.

i actually recommend the official page over the store anyway cuz then you have the option of spending 20 bucks more and getting the digital deluxe which gives you some nice in-game bonuses for you to enjoy.

if your curious as to the point of pre-purchasing @ eb games assuming they have no early access key is. its basically because you dont care about early access but do want the in-game hero's band accessory

I do prefer buying the game in-store over online considering my bad history with buying games online. Anyways I checked the ebgames.ca website and they do have the pre-purchase available, and apparently "in-store" they give you a code. I am assuming the code will lead to some sort of game client download on the 25th at midnight.

That still leaves the question of WHEN exactly do I get my physical copy of the game? Will I be able to go in at midnight to pick it up on the 25th? Or will I have to wait till the 28th to get the physical copy?

Hey guys,

I'm having a tough time deciding on what character class I'm going to start out as when Diablo 3 hits stores on May 15th, and I thought I'd ask what everyone else is deciding to go with, and why.

I'm leaning towards a Demon Hunter (Just because none of my friends are going to choose DH).

Ok cool, the CX500 will be purchased then. Also, still unsure of what brand of 7750 to go with. The asus 7750 recently just got deleted off of tigerdirect, and is out of stock on newegg, so I'm debating on whether I should go for the Sapphire or the HIS with iCooler. (Both 7750s)

Sapphire is to AMD as EVGA is to Nvidia. They are their premier (2nd party) graphic card producers and are the most similar to reference models. There was an article on AMD's blog about Sapphire recently:http://blogs.amd.com/play/2012/03/29/the-sapphire-difference/

That ASUS card is actually factory overclocked by about 2.5%, not that big of a deal. ASUS is known for their high quality in a wide range of products, especially their motherboards.

Both are excellent brands with good customer support in my experience.

Hey Byron,

Thanks for the blog on sapphire, really informed me on their customer loyalty. I've been reading up on the Sapphire HD 7750 and many are saying that what's great about it is that it gets all of it's power simply when it's plugged into the PCIE x16 port, and does not need anything additional. Does that simply mean that it does not require any extra power connectors like other cards?

Also, they are saying that because of this, it does not need to draw in that much power, so do you think an upgrade to 500W would be pointless? It says it needs a 450W requirement, but then why are people saying it's more power efficient and is designed for low power supplies in mind?

Hey Byron, thanks for the reply! I've looked over your links and I'm happy to say that the hd 7750 seems to be for me. Despite it being not as fast as the GTX 460, that is expected considering I'd have to shell out an additional fifty dollars. Many reviewers are saying that the 7750 is a strong card and can handle many games at higher settings. Thanks for the suggestion. Also, I was looking on tigerdirect, and found two different cards, each made by a different manufacturer. Does it matter which one I decided to go with? What do you suggest? Here are two I found, both & 109.99. http://www.tigerdirect.ca/applications/SearchTools/item-details.asp?EdpNo=2021920&CatId=7387 http://www.tigerdirect.ca/applications/SearchTools/item-details.asp?EdpNo=2042280&CatId=7387

[QUOTE="Gen_Mojo"]Get the new HD 7750. It's a damn good card for the money but it also doesnt require any additional power from your PSU so you wont have to upgrade your psu :) They go for about 110$ on new egg

That card looks pretty swell. I'm going to grab the CX500 either way, so the psu will be upgraded. How does this card compare with the GTX 460 from before? I know it's dramatically cheaper, which is why this card caught my attention, for it's right within my budget. Would it run fine with the CX500 and all?

I have a 22" ACER LCD Monitor, which I believe to be 1600 x 900 (unless I'm doing something wrong).
