I think unless his parents are dead, they are living with natives that have no contact with the outside world or any technology. I think Arnold and Helga will end up together. Arnold's grandparents were the same as kids, his grandmother teasing his grandfather, same for the coach and his competitive wife (the coach that was voiced by Jim Belushi, at the time, credited as James Belushi) The wife told Helga when re-marrying her husband about when they were kids.
