hey i can't seem to do double assassinations in low-profile. it only works if i'm holding R1. am i doing something wrong or is this just the way it works in this game?

hey on my copy hl2 ep 1 the whole sky is the purple and black checkers for the entire hospital section. yes, i got the game legitly from steam and no, i don't have any hl2 mods. what's up and how can i fix it?
Hey so on my copy of HL2 for pc some of the levels are on fullbright. It starts at "Black Mesa East" and ends at about "Follow Freeman!" all the textures are blazing bright and there are no shadows. I've tried "mat_fullbright 0" and "mat_hdr_level 0" in the console and they haven't helped. I also tried putting shader and shadows on high and that also hasn't worked. I've heard this problem comes from a Valve update. Is there any way to fix this problem or will I just have to wait on Valve to fix it?
I've been trying to put addons i've downloaded from Gmod.com into the game but they simply AREN'T WORKING!!!! i've followed EVERY direction! i've put everything into the correct folder but they just aren't showing up in-game! what the hell is going on! someone help me!
Hey everyone. I have recently been unable to get online on Call of Duty 4 for ps3. PSN online play is back up, so there's no way that's the problem. Has this been happening to anyone else?

are you sure you want to play CoD4? because CoD4 is full of nothing but hackers and hacked games, your better off just playing mw2 if you don't want to play black ops
