If you look around you can find many just released games for much cheaper than msrp. Mortal Kombat has been available for $30 at Toys R Us for over a week now as well. Due to some serious competetion in pricing between retailers we are seeing a ton of early sales and gift card/ promos on release games that we havent really gotten before. Its a great time to be a price conscious gamer.

If you havent seen the gameplay video for Rage, titled "Dead City walkthrough" I highly suggest you do. This game looks absolutely amazing from a graphics and atmosphere standpoint. I'm sure the gunplay will be top notch as wel las its from id

everyone should probably just post their speed test like some sort of contest. Although I guess mine couldnt be official cause I cant copy and paste the results correctly fromthe site.. mine was: DL: 21.15 mb/s, UL:2.92 mb/s, ping 9ms.

Onlive actually works really well for me, but it says my connections is faster than 82%of America. Now I want to get into the top 15-10% of America

Riku do you actually get payed by OnLive to spread the word about their service? I see people saying you do but I'm not sure if they're serious.

Also, Homefront

So I'm not getting paid by onlive like the op (but if the money was right I cant said I'd be above it) but I was one of the probably 73 people in the world to preorder Homefront on Onlive. I did it because it came with the full playpass for metro 2033 and the microconsole included in the preorder for $50 (i have to pay shipping/ tax on the console which I think is like $15).

I already have an xbox 360 and a ps3 with a pretty extensive library for both but I figured this would be good for the bedroom cause its small, and I'm thinking it may turn out to be a viable long term option. My girlfriend and I are expecting in a few months so my gaming budget is going to be significantly reduced. I'm hoping that when the 360 and ps3 are outdated in a few years and have new successors coming out the onlive microconsole will still be able to play the then current gen games (I'm sure i'll miss exclusives a ton, but by then maybe onlive will have some of its own), that is as long as they stay in business which seems more and more likely as much as people want to bash them.

There is seriously a lot of hate towards OnLive on here. Did they do something to you guys personally or anything? I dont think Onlive will replace my 360 or ps3 any time soon but I think its still a cool idea and given some time it can only get better. What I dont understand is why everyone is hoping that it will fail so bad, its not like anyone has to use it, and the more competetion there is the better the products will have to be. I'm sure the general consensus on here will be that I'm an idiot but I preordered Homefront from Onlive when I wasnt even really considering it for my 360 or ps3 because they ran a promo where you also get Metro 2033 and the microconsole for the cost of shipping/tax. I'm thinking that for $50 (for homefront) and estimating $15 for tax and shipping I get 2 games, and the microconsole, It doesnt seem like a huge risk to me, but I understand others hesitations, I just dont think people need to be so negative to a service that is just trying to bring more games to people, and really doesnt cost much (or anything if u only try demos) at all.

I've got a 40gig fat boy that a friend of mine sold me like a year ago. Looks like the things has been dropped as one ofthe corners is bashed up pretty bad, but the thing runs like a dream. On a side note I've had like 3 360's RROD on me, except for the one 360 I had that made it through a house fire. Its covered in soot and smoke damage but the thing has been running strong without any issues since the fire on jan 12 2009

Hey Guys, I've been playing a lot of Marvel vs Capcom 3 and I've been interested in purchasing an Arcade stick. I know there are different brands, and models, and tournament editions and such so its kind of confusing to figure out which would be a good beginners stick for me, and also one that I could learn how to mod and swap out the parts on fairly easily. Something else that is important is that I'd like to be able to also use it for Street Fighter 4, and MvC 2 on the arcade, and any other 360 fighters are a plus too. Any advice is appreciated, thanks in advance
