Mario Kart is the best racing game. Why is DK's voice retarded in the DS and Wii one?

Who would buy this game? When are people gonna learn that the only good Pokemon games are the adventure/rpg ones like Emerald, FireRed, Gold, and all the other ones. Coleseum is ok.
