Too Human would be my pick for sure. Fastpaced action, tons of customization/weapons/armor, and quite a fluid control scheme made this a good game. True the story was bizzare, but I thought the futuristic retelling of Norse mythology was interesting. People complained that dying took way to long...WOULD RATHER JUST SIT THERE AND WATCH A LOADING SCREEN?! I thought not!

Valve cant be matched by their view towards the customer...they really ACTUALLY want to help people out with SWEET games.

Bungie has a great attitude and an amazing website to go along with their games.

And yeah, at first I didn't like it online because it was slow, at least compared to MW2, but it just makes the times where there is action so much better!

2) Assassins Creed 2 (Best sequel possibly ever?)

3) Batman AA (Most surprising game of the year)

4) Borderlands (Most promising new IP)

5) Forza Motorsport 3 (A massive game with great racing and graphics to boot)

I played the demo and it was pretty fun. Idk, I will just buy it when its cheap or rent it. It doesnt seem to have a lot of replayability...But has some sweet thrills along the road. I agree with you though, it is hectic and has probably the best car driving action I have ever seen since Burnout 3!

I have a subscription with Official Xbox Magazine, and I'd say it is totally worth it! Yes, I have access to internet and sites such as Gamespot and IGN, but it is nice to take time off of the internet. Their reviews are not biased in anyway. I would argue that a magazine covering more than one system is more biased than OXM...

Their reviews are, for the most part, right on the money, with the only score I would dispute is Too Human, a very underrated game! But all the other scores are consistent with every other site out there. Plus they get different insider looks at games and previews. Not too mention it comes with a demo disc packed with tons of stuff! Anyone else hate cramming demos on their 20 GB HDD?

Best $24.99 you can spend!
