I recently got a PSP for graduating 8th grade. I want to download some stuff from the playstation store, but i need a PSN account. So, i go to the Playstation website, and click on the link to make an account. What pops up is a windo saying that its being worked on, and they are sorry for an inconvienence. I know that PSN had an outage recently, so i want to know when i can register, and what date that would be.

i guess i could ask if i could borrow my brothers world of war craft account, see how good that game is.
