To me, the greatest villian is Xehanort from Kingdom Hearts. He is TRUE darkness. His heartless became Ansem, the leader of all heartless, and final boss of KH 1. His nobody was Xemnas, the leader of Org. XIII, and final boss of KH II. Why is he not here?

Team rocket (from the orginal red and blue pokemon versions.) I mean, they are very much a classic. Ganondorf (from twilight princess) this ganondorf is perhaps the most evil of them all. his prescence really gives you that 'im a evil warlord bent on world domination FEAR ME.'

look people, i find halo reach to be good, and the graphics show its better than halo 3. and who cares about the graphics?! as long as it plays good and fun multiplayer elements, do you expect everything to be perfect? not every game out there is a perfect one.
