I would wear a suit to any interview - it shows that you're serious. There was an Arby's in my college town that wouldn't hire anyone who showed up in anything less than a suit.

The differences that I've seen are minimal (especially when you factor in cost and lower power consumption), but if you already own a 5870 I would just stick with that for now because there isn't much it can't do. I definitely wouldn't buy another one of those considering the cost and scarcity. Actually, if I were you, I'd sell that sucker, buy one 6950, and go from there. That's what I plan to do if my 6850 can't handle Skyrim the way I want it to. Of course, I never upgrade until I see a need to, as in lower FPS at highest settings.

Looking forward to Skyrim as well...since nobody knows exactly how hardware intensive it is, I would buy yourself just one 6870 and see how far that takes you. Crossfire is overrated IMHO, and only makes sense once the price for the 2nd card has dropped. Also, no, you can only crossfire within the same 58XX or 68XX family, and the slower one is the limiting factor, so it wouldn't make sense even if you could.

I think the dedicated GPU mentioned by monsieurX is the most critical piece. That is usually the limiting factor on laptop gaming.

You gain 6 more GB of RAM and 267 MHz more speed.

edinsftw
And that's about it. Unless you're running data analysis software while you game, you gain very little indeed.

I've never taken any computer classes ever, and I literally just fired up my first build on Tuesday and it works beautifully. Just learn about compatibilities and get a good screwdriver set. Both my motherboard and my case came with general assembly instructions, and while details may differ depending on your build, the order of operations is the same.

I would assume so - they're probably going to continue offering them up on the PSN. If not...well, I have no plans to get rid of my PS3.

I'm still working on my first playthrough and I didn't even know there was a new game+ type option. that's great to know!
