if you're 14 and need to go to a game forum for advice about whether or not to game of resident evil 4's caliber, you need help.  seriously people quit making these stupid 'should i get re4 threads?'  make up your own mind, read reviews, veiw trailers and gameplay footage.

for me its between a few games, and they are not in a particualr order. just listed as i thought of them.

first is super smash bros. melee: loads of characters, numerous levels, collectibles, and mini-games. hell i have had melle for nearly three years and i still dont have nearly everything, just need a few more trophies.

second is resident evil 4. personally i never got to play it on the gamecube, i beasted it on ps2.  but thats besides the point, re4 was freaking amazing.  it redefined the horror-survival genre and the resident evil series.  i did play a little of it on the cube and re4 used every bit of technology the cube could offer.

third would have to be legend of zelda windwaker.  i know it was cartoonish in appearance, but i know most cube owners own and beat this game.  it brought zelda back in a new kind of way, literally.  windwaker had a unique but traditional 'zelda' storyline with all the characteristics we've come to expect from the zelda series with its own new twists.

fourth is legend of zelda twilight princess.  it was a latecomer to the gamecube's lifetime, but it took gamecube out with a bang.  it was probably better on the wii, i personally dont know.  however twilight princess redeffined the gamecube.  it made some of you people who had put your cubes up in your closet pull them out and probably not put them back yet.  tp showed that the gamecube wasn't just for little kids, serious gamers could play the cube and enjoy it. (this can be said for resident evil 4 as well)

in my opinion if the gamecube didn't have these four game the cube would have quickly become a paperweight or shoved in a closet.

let me know what you think.
