This cheat actually works! but to make this work, you must follow each step carefully:

1) Get the fast travel anywhere perk (10 skill points)

2) go to settings on xbox 360 dashboard, and delete 'title update'

3) Make sure you have less money than it costs to fast travel

4) fast travel anywhere on the map

5) you should have 999,999,999 CR!
