Aye Me too. I am done. And carn guys can you really say that game deserved a better mark???

Mags can review without bias why not websites? It started with the ads in the email when I ONLY subscribe to the newletter and now I find out that you are firing for money, well what is the point of having advertisers when you have no one to advertise too beside 8 to 14 year olds who cant buy anything anyway lol?

Start your own site Jeff, you have your own name and integrity now use it.

Taking myself and four family members off Gamespot

I can not edit this thread! (thanks again Teivan) There won't be links to threads anymore. Too many people bumped old threads. Instead I'm going to write a description of the idea, and keep track of who submitted this? This thread is for all of you guys, so please tell me if you support this change, or if you don't like it_Sam_

I think that is a good idea, there has to be an easier way for you to update/ moderate this thread *sigh*

It maybe easier for you to have a post at the start of the thread in list form of all of the enhancements and ideas that have been suggested and who they were suggested by. That way GS admin can just go to that one post and pick and choose which they like or could implement to the site. No need for links to the posts just copy past and edit that first posts.

It is also a dam shame there is no way to vote on the enhancements we like the best then GS could pick the highest voted for to implement. But the size of the poll would be need to be HUdgE:D .

Enhancement:

I always check here for new games to buy, read reviews and make choices based on Gamespots advice. I do this even more now since Gamespot AU. What I would like to see is the check prices button to lead to an Aussie store. I ask you, what is the point of an Australian gaming website directing you to a store overseas where the prices are misleading and you can't buy from there? What if someone new to the site actually bought from the site they were directed by Gamespot to and bought from there?

I would like to suggest maybe sourcing a good and reliable online game store to direct your Australian customers to or even at the very least a digital download site. Gamespot could set up a lucrative deal having the amount of visitors you have per day. Online game stores would be mad not to take the offer and Gamespot would be providing better service to their customers.

Gamespot Au should cater and target Australian and it near neighbours markets whats the point of having it otherwise?

I agree, I got what I thought was a Gamespot newsletter because that is all I have ever agreed to recive It said...

Join our exclusive gamers panel, it goes on to say that they will reward you and pay you blah blah blah. Because and only because I thought it was a Gamespot newletter I clicked the link so I could fill out the survey 'Gamespot' was asking for info on. I was lead to a log in screen where I tried to put my Gamespot Id and passy in and of coarse log in failed and I was worried it was one of those phishing sites attempting to get my id & passy, so being concerned I immediately came here to let people know about the Newsletter fake. Imagine my surprise when I logged in and found the same dam add plastered all over Gamespot! I will say I was and still am furious. I understand the need for adds and I don't mind the annoyance of those redirecting add pages even if I prefer to be without them but I do see the need. As it was NOT a Gamespot newsletter you guys had sent me but a full page add disguised as a Gamespot newsletter I think someone needs to look at the way the adds are done on here and soon.

I do, thats how I got all the games I heard of but could not get :)

Some are good some not so good. I did have a lot of fun with some of them like Crusaders Heroes of might and magic. No thinking required, no getting lost just straight up kill yer way to such and such till you get to the big boss:D and kill em too!
