I can't equate Gears with Gears of War exclusively because it could also be associated with Xenogears. I'm half and half on God (or Gears)of War. Also, I've never seen GeoW. That doesn't make a whole lot of sense. Look at Gamespot's reviews... Whenever it is abriviated for both games, it's simply GoW.
God of War Gears of War This is not a "console war" discussion nor is it a "which should I buy" question. This is just my wondering what you think of as soon as you see the shorthand version of both great games. What do you think of when you see GoW?
I have just gotten both games and am gong to play the first then second. I have heard mixed thoughts on which is better and I would like some firm opinions from you all to see which you liked more and why. Please give details without spoilers. For myself and others who haven't played them yet, don't ruin the stories. Thank you.
I have yet to play the demo but this is all sad to read. I certainly hope the finished product is a good one instead of the mess so many are describing it to be.
I haven't enjoyed a VF game since VF3 on Dreamcast. I bought Tekken 3 for the psone and later DOA2 and Soul Calibur for DC and never touched a VF game again.CB4McGusto
Too bad you missed out on VF4 for PS2. At lease you can still get VF5 on Xbox 360 or PS3 SUPER cheap. If you have a choice, get the 360 version as it has online play, is a bit more balanced, and has more items to customize your characters.
