It's a bit of a stretch that these next gen systems would be much cheaper than the current ones when they were first launched. Still, for argument's sake, if what Michael Pachter says is true, then Nintendo MUST lower the price by $100. No way Nintendo will sell the Wii U at the same price.
@thequickshooter Politicians are going to be politicians no matter what. Sometimes, you just have to raise your voice because voting might not be sufficient.
I know I'm going to catch hell for saying this, but I welcome it, just to shut the critics up once and for all.
But even after all is said and done, the haters, I mean critics, will never believe in the evidence that is presented to them. We've had the 9/11 "truthers", the Obama birthers, the creationists, the climate change deniers, etc.
So Mr. President, have your researchers look in to this, but believe me when I say that these critics are probably the same people who think you born in Kenya. You know how that felt.
Wow, Gamespot! Really? I can understand somewhat on why you've decided not to do "Worst" either because you want to remain positive, but this is too much. No best music, no best graphics, no best use of an existing license, none? Shame!
The NRA goes silent for the weekend to figure out how to spin the story and their agenda, and alas, they back to the right-wing talking points that I've been hearing about over and over and over again.
The fact that Pachter admitted that Activision never called him made him sound a bit pretentious, but I HOPE he's wrong. I do agree that while the Wii sales were the highest among the three consoles, those sales numbers can be a bit misleading. I can't think of anyone that is playing more Wii games than with Xbox/PS3 games (If you are out there, then you're one of the few). I know that business is a sales game, but I fear that THAT alone will not save Nintendo this upcoming generation.
