@anurag23359: I know is an age-old post, but this person found a solution to get the game running on Windows 10 Pro. There are missing dependencies that a copy of Tom Clancy's H.A.W.X. (first one) has on the installation DVD: https://steamcommunity.com/app/207790/discussions/0/1696045708651144985/
