A user-friendly encoder that helps you convert various files, be they audio, video, image, or DVD to different formats using batch operations.

Freemake Video Converter is a tool that can encode several videos, audio files, images, and DVD files to other extensions.

KEYGEN DOWNLOAD:

The tool recognizes the AVI, MP4, MPEG, WMV, 3GP, DVD, HD, MKV, MP3, WMA, FLAC formats and others, while its interface is very intuitive and attractive.

Built-in player and different output profiles

Once you have added files to the queue (the "drag and drop" method is supported), you can view their thumbnail, total time and audio/video settings, as well as preview the video in an external media player.

You can encode files to the AVI, MP4, WMV, DVD, MP3, Apple, Blu-ray and other profiles, once you have selected and edited a preset.

Thus, you can configure the frame size, width and height, adjustment, video codec, frame rate and bitrate, as well as select audio codec, channels, sample frequency rate and bitrate.

Testing its performance

After you select the output destination, you can initiate the conversion process, during which you can visualize total progress and optionally shut down the computer after the task is completed.

A task can take a while to complete (even in the case of small files and default settings), but that's because Freemake Video Converter focuses on maintaining a good image and sound quality (which it accomplishes). The program also has well-explained how-to tutorials and an intro video.

However, the software uses a very high amount of system resources in its idle state, and puts a massive strain on the computer when a task is in progress. Also, it becomes difficult to navigate back and forth in the videos, in some cases (e.g. FLV to MPG, WMA to MPG).

Bottom line

All in all, Freemake Video Converter is a great tool for encoding audio and video files, but one that eats a lot of resources and that causes minor glitches in the case of some output files.

Yup, not an awesome game by any stretch of the imagination but it sure did bring back a lot of memories when I recently played it again on PC. Pretty annoying due to the fixed camera angles and dull, lifeless graphics but hey, still much better than some of the stuff they come out with today. Worth a play but not a collector's item, that's for sure.

This game was a great find. I did not expect a game so old to be so good. I found it in a pile of CDs at a garage sale and picked it up just because I saw Jean Reno's face on it (lol). The game is really good. If you find it, it's a must play.

1. right click on the game

2. go to properties

3. browse local files

4. go to the steam folder

5. find the file labeled GameOverlayRenderer.dll and delete it

All that file does is put the steam stuff on the game, deleting just that file won't harm the game.

Also whenever you reload steam it reinstalls that file so if you want to play more pirates either disconnect your steam account from the internet or just keep going back and deleting it whenever you play.

This is what worked for me. BTW, this is an awesome game, one of the best ever made in my opinion.

A blast from the past. I remember playing this game back in the day on a Commodore 64. Back then it was an awesome game (late 80's lol). Looking at modern day games and comparing them to Solomon's key, it's not hard to see how much computer gaming has evolved.

Glad to see this game has made a comeback in recent years on modern platforms and mobile. It was an awesome game back in the day and I'm sure that many of the people who play it today weren't even born when the game was first released. A great beat em up that's for sure.
